Welcome to A Blissful Voyage. By booking with us, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. ✈️ Booking & Payment

1.1 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit (usually 25–40% of total cost) is required at the time of booking. Full payment is typically due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure methods. Payments are processed in [Insert Currency].

1.3 Late or Non-Payment

Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking, with applicable penalties.

2. 🔄 Changes & Cancellations

2.1 Changes by the Client

You may request changes (dates, accommodations, participants) by contacting us in writing. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but additional fees may apply.

2.2 Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit

• 31–59 days: 50% of total cost

• 0–30 days: 100% of total cost (no refund)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

2.3 Changes or Cancellations by A Blissful Voyage

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, safety, or force majeure. If we must cancel your trip, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

3. 🧳 Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after travel, and that you have the required visas, vaccinations, and health documentation.

A Blissful Voyage will provide guidance but is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

4. 🚑 Health & Insurance

You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility limitations in advance.

Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, evacuation, baggage, and trip cancellation) is strongly recommended and may be required for some destinations.

5. 📸 Media & Promotions

During your journey, we or our partners may capture photos or videos. By participating, you grant us permission to use such content for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

6. ⚖️ Responsibility & Liability

A Blissful Voyage acts as an intermediary for accommodations, transport, and activity providers. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

Participants are expected to follow local laws and behave respectfully to communities, wildlife, and guides.

7. 👤 Privacy Policy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We respect your privacy and never sell your data.

8. 🛑 Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a trip (without refund) if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to the group, local communities, or environment.
