In a recent announcement, former President Donald Trump has reinstated a controversial policy from his first term—introducing a travel ban and heightened restrictions that will impact 19 countries. Beginning Monday at 12:01 a.m., citizens of 12 countries will be banned from entering the U.S., while travelers from 7 additional countries, including Togo, will face increased restrictions.

Affected countries include:
Full ban – Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Congo (Republic), Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen
